How it works

    Set up once

    Enter your WMI, plant code and National Safety Mark, then map your sizes, body styles, axles and colours to VIN positions 4 to 8.

  2. 2

    Pick and issue

    Choose the trailer’s options and press Issue. VINready assigns the next serial, the model-year code and the check digit.

    Print

    Download the compliance sticker and the bilingual NVIS as print-ready PDFs. Reprint any time from the VIN log.

  • CMVSS 115 VINs

    Check digit and model-year code worked out for you. Supports low-volume manufacturers (WMI ending in 9) and full WMIs.

  • Compliance stickers

    125 × 75 mm print-and-cut, 6 × 4 in thermal, 8.5 × 5.5 in, or a letter sheet with crop marks. Your NSM and logo, lettering never under 2 mm.

  • Bilingual NVIS

    English and French New Vehicle Information Statement with a scannable VIN barcode. Sell retail or to another dealer.

  • Serials never reused

    Two people generating at once can’t get the same number, and an issued VIN can’t be edited. Mistakes are voided with a reason, not erased.

  • A permanent VIN log

    Search by VIN, buyer, option or colour. Reprints match the original exactly, even after you change your settings. Export to CSV.

  • Works where you work
